Conditions of Sale These conditions of sale govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by BeautyRevive.it. All contracts for the sale of products by BeautyRevive.it are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the products. If you visit or purchase on this site, you accept the conditions set out below; therefore read them carefully. The conditions of sale applicable to your order are those in force on the date of the order itself.

2 - How to purchase on BeautyRevive.it is quick and easy: select the product you intend to purchase by clicking the relevant button: you will be shown a page where you can, if necessary, change the quantity to purchase; you can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the cart button located in the top and left bar; if necessary you can make the appropriate changes, both in quantity and type of product; now comes the order confirmation phase: when you have decided on the quantity and type of products to purchase, payment method and delivery method of the goods, click on the proceed with the order button. If you are already our customers, just enter your email address and the password chosen during registration; if you are not yet our customers, fill out the form with all your data and move on to the next phase; follow the instructions provided on the following pages until you reach the summary screen of your order; by clicking on the submit order button you will send us your order, which will be automatically processed.

3 - Products: prices and characteristics Product prices are indicated in euros, VAT included. The prices of the products published from time to time cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. In the event that an ordered product is not available, BeautyRevive.it undertakes to promptly inform the customer and propose alternatives or refund the amount paid.

6 - Shipping and delivery BeautyRevive.it ships throughout Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery destination, but the price is paid by Beauty Revive. During the purchase phase, it will be possible to view the estimated cost of shipping costs before confirming the order. Delivery times depend on product availability and delivery location. BeautyRevive.it undertakes to ship orders as quickly as possible and to inform the customer in case of any delays.

6a - Special offers and freebies Any special offers promoted by BeautyRevive.it are valid until they expire or, when indicated, until stocks run out and, in any case, are subject to the actual availability of the relevant products by BeautyRevive.it. No replacement is provided in relation to any products received free of charge by the customer.

6b - Discount code The discount code represents a special promotion that is offered to BeautyRevive.it customers; it can be reserved for anyone (in this case it will appear clearly on the home page of the site), only for newsletter subscribers (in the latter case, the code is communicated via e-mail) or only for customers (who will be notified via e-mail) and can be valid for a specific period of time or while stocks last. Using the discount code is simple: when filling out the order, just enter it in the appropriate field, a sample of which is visible below (found on the page reserved for selecting the payment and shipping method) to activate the offer: With the details of the offer you will be informed whether it is possible to use the code only once or more times.

7 - Product guarantees BeautyRevive.it guarantees only the material integrity of the products at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported by the customer, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 (ten) days from the delivery date. The customer has the right only to replace damaged products upon return of the same, the customer's right to compensation for any damage, even further, being excluded. The shipping costs necessary for replacing products are borne by the customer. Without prejudice to what has already been said, BeautyRevive.it does not provide any further guarantee on the products compared to that provided by the individual producers. Without prejudice to the cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence of BeautyRevive.it, it is hereby agreed that, should Beauty Revive's liability in any capacity towards the customer be ascertained - including the case of total or partial failure to fulfill the obligations undertaken towards the customer as a result of the execution of an order - the liability of BeautyRevive.it cannot be higher than the price of the products purchased by the customer and for which it arose the dispute.

8 - Right of withdrawal Pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (part III, title III, chapter I), the customer can withdraw from the contract with BeautyRevive.it within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. Within this period the customer must inform Beauty Revive of his decision by sending an explicit declaration via email to info@beautyrevive.it. Within the following 14 days you must send back the goods substantially intact and in their packaging, by postal package addressed to BeautyRevive.it in Via Edmondo de Amicis, 37 - 22037 Fino Mornasco (CO) - Italy -. If the Customer withdraws from the contract, all payments made for the purchase of the goods that he intends to return within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice will be refunded, subject to their return or proof of shipment. The direct costs of returning the products to BeautyRevive.it are borne by the customer.

 9 - Jurisdiction All contracts concluded with BeautyRevive.it are intended to be concluded in Italy and are subject to Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of the municipality of residence of the customer.

10 - Privacy Your personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed - both manually and through automated tools - in order to be able to carry out the commercial activity (order processing, commercial support to the customer, institutional purposes) in full compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 196/03 - Consolidated Law) and are under no circumstances or for any reason transferred to third parties.
