Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products purchased on BeautyRevive.it.

1. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw, send an explicit request by email to: info@beautyrevive.it within 14 days from delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Full name

• Items you want to return

2. Return conditions

Returns are accepted only if products are:

• unused

• undamaged

• complete with all parts and accessories

• returned in the original packaging (if applicable)

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

• used or damaged

• incomplete

• missing original packaging when necessary for resale

3. Return shipping

After notifying withdrawal, customers must ship the items back within 14 days to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, Beauty Revive will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where provided by law, to:

• customized or personalized products

• sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

• goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly
