3. Prices and Product Information

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

The price shown at checkout is binding.

Product descriptions are provided by manufacturers.

BeautyRevive.it is not liable for inaccuracies not caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

4. Product Availability

Product availability is indicative.

In case of unavailability, customers will be promptly informed and offered an alternative or a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

  • Klarna (installment or deferred payment, subject to Klarna’s terms)

6. Shipping and Delivery

BeautyRevive.it ships to Italy and EU countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during checkout and on the dedicated shipping page.

Delays caused by couriers or force majeure do not entitle customers to compensation.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Withdrawal must be communicated by email to info@beautyrevive.it.

Returned goods must be intact and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law.

Jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence, where applicable.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
